This website, https://buttonvela.com, is operated by Vela Design Studio (vela设计工作室), trading as Button Vela, with its business address at 15064 N Mill St, Rathdrum, ID 83858, United States. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator. You can contact us at support@buttonvela.com.

These terms apply to your use of our store and purchases from us. Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy also apply to purchases. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our store uses Shopify as its commerce platform; the seller of the products is the operator identified above.

Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract under applicable law. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information, and keep your account credentials secure. You must not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, malicious code, or interference with the store’s security or operation.

Products and descriptions

Please review each product’s materials, dimensions, quantity per set, and compatibility information before ordering. Button covers may not fit every button or garment. Photographs illustrate appearance, but screens and lighting may affect perceived colors. This does not excuse a product that materially differs from its description.

Follow the care and attachment instructions supplied with your purchase. Small accessories should be kept away from young children. Material or allergy-related claims apply only where expressly stated in the product description.

Prices, payment, and orders

The currency, product price, applicable discounts, delivery charges, and taxes collected by us are displayed before you submit your order. Any import charges payable separately are explained in our Shipping Policy and the relevant checkout disclosures. Payment methods are those available at checkout.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, we accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. For separately dispatched items, acceptance covers the items in that confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order because of unavailable stock, a genuine listing error, or a reasonable fraud concern, we will contact you and refund any payment for the cancelled items. We will not charge a corrected price without your agreement.

Price changes do not alter an accepted order. Promotions apply under the conditions disclosed when offered. Refunds for discounted items reflect the amount actually paid for those items.

Changes, delivery, and returns

To request an address correction or cancellation, email support@buttonvela.com promptly with your order number. We will try to help, but operational changes may no longer be possible once dispatch has begun. This does not restrict any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.

Delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and remedies for faulty or incorrect products are described in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting provision in these policies.

Content and third-party services

Content that we own or license, including original photographs, text, and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it to browse and shop for personal purposes; other uses require permission unless permitted by law.

If you submit a review, you retain ownership and allow us to display that review, together with the display name you provide, in connection with our store and products. Do not submit unlawful content or another person’s private information. We may remove unlawful or abusive content but do not require reviews to be positive.

External websites and optional third-party services may have their own terms. Links do not change our responsibilities for purchases you make from us.

Responsibility and consumer protection

We take reasonable care to maintain accurate information and a functioning store, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory product guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from purchases made for personal use. This provision does not limit remedies that consumers are entitled to under mandatory law.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by applicable federal laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Idaho. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring claims in courts available under applicable law in their place of residence.

Please send complaints to support@buttonvela.com with your order number and the issue you would like resolved. You remain free to pursue any available statutory complaint or dispute resolution route.

Updates

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and date. The version applicable when an order was placed continues to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
